Einhamar Seafood was founded in 2003 and is now one of the most powerful fresh fish producers in Iceland and has around 70 employees on land and at sea.
Einhamar Seafood operates a state-of-the-art processing plant in Grindavík, ideally located close to the international airport in Keflavík, where cod and haddock products are produced from the best raw materials available. The company only processes products from sustainable fish off the coast of Iceland.
Einhamar Seafood has strived to invest in the latest technology for it’s vessels and production facilities to ensure product quality and to offer a product range in line with our customers needs.
With our own vessels, the latest fish processing equipment, experienced staff, strong quality management and frequent air transport, Einhamar Seafood can offer it’s costumers a constant supply of quality products all year round.
Europe and North America are the company’s largest markets, particularly the UK, where the company has established a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
Our products are flown from Iceland to their destination and great care is taken to keep the products cold and fresh at all times. All of Einhamar Seafood’s fish processing takes place at the headquarters which are ideally located in Grindavík near the Keflavík international airport.
Einhamar Seafood is a proud member of the both Marine Stewardship Council and Iceland Responsible Fisheries.
